Bus Nusantara

Bus passengers, bus drivers as well as bus station ticket agents often found it extremely difficult to gauge the timings of bus arrivals, since there is no formal mechanism in place especially in the case of intercity buses. What could be an hour's wait often could easily transform into a 2 or 3 hour wait for a passenger, due to unforeseen stops, traffic and other issues leading to a severe pain point for bus passengers. This app aims to tackle this issue, saving over 45 minutes per passenger's journey on average.

Casemath

Casemath helps develop your analytical skills for online assessments and interviews, maximising your chances to get the role that you want. It was part of the Kickstart 2020 Incubator and aimed to provide an Edtech solution to aspiring consultants and related subjects.

Conquer 2.0

Conquer is a risk-inspired realtime web-based game where players compete with each other to take over the world and be the last player standing. It involves strategy, diplomacy and a stroke of luck to win. There are a variety of maps featuring different geographies and various gamemodes for players to try out.

Romeo Sierra

A trading algorithm that works by calculating fair prices for assets using price correlation calculated by principal component analysis and purchasing assets that are undervalued and shorting those that are overvalued. It trades on forex using realtime, streaming data and backtested on historical data from IG Trading API.

Eyeshield

Eyeshield is a React Native based mobile app created at IC Hack 20, UK's largest student-run hackathon, in under 24 hours which won the 2nd prize for best newcomer team. Eyeshield helps users to distance their phones from their eyes. Based on a research paper, there is strong evidence to suggest that holding a phone too close to eyes causes multiple eye health issues, and users can take advantage of the realtime data analytics and notifications that Eyeshield provides to reduce eye strain and remind themselves to maintain good eye health.

Raytracing Benchmarker

A platform that assesses the computing power of laboratory machines using a computationally expensive raytracing algorithm. It renders an images of glass spheres and images and benchmarks the runtime as a basis for the computing power of a computer, and results are aggregated to compare the performances.
